Interviews - A saga of many
One need not be an expert in analysing the semantics of this word.
This buzz word actually begins with a fone call or an e-mail invitation as "Sir/Mam you are requested to attend the interview on the given date and the given venue."It really creates a stir in an individual as he/she virtually starts to dream of getting through the entire interview process and running back home with tonnes of smile loaded to share the experiences with his/her family.Does it stop with that?Nah!! It doesn't.It still goes beyond that with he/she having a weird imagination of pocketing up a lumpsum as the first month salaray and dodging out to the streets to go on a shopping spree.Hush!!Not even a minute had surpassed before these sequence of events has actually backlashed the mind.
These are the times when every individuals confidence shoots up as he gears up for the peak summit.Interviews in recent days has not been tete a tete,with one poor guy/gal being tested for all the essential qualities by a panel of team.One cannot blame for the all the processes carried out by an organisation during recruitment because it is for their survival they conduct such a big process and not for the individuals survival.Interviews have become such a hot topic of discussion today with job market taking its incarnation and spreading across geographies.
Each organisation lures people with lucrative compensation and other benefits.While there are people who lands up in their dream job there are still people dreaming to get their first job.It has really become so much arduous for the freshers to get a job of their choice.And if they do get a job there has been a mere exploitation of them for a meeky salary.You can ask anyone for their first interview experience.While each one of them may come up with varied experiences most of them who succeeeded would emphasise you on controlling your nerve and keeping your head cool.The more you are relaxed the more you can fancy your chance of getting through.The employers are there to hire you for the qualities that they expect from you.
